It is not necessary to remove cutlets from the menu, because they can be not only fried. Baking is an equally advantageous option.
In the oven, cutlets turn out just as golden brown and tasty, but are much healthier.
Ingredients:
- minced meat – 0.2 kg;
- sunflower oil – teaspoon;
- salt and spices.
Step by step preparation
1. First, season the minced meat with spices and salt.
2. Grease the baking sheet with oil. Form the minced meat into cutlets, which are placed on the baking sheet.
3. Bake for 12-17 minutes at 180 °C.
