If a child cannot fall asleep in his own bed for a long time, there are at least four reasons for this.

Reason one
If you lead a passive lifestyle or while away the time watching cartoons before going to bed, then the child will definitely not give up quickly.

If a child has overslept during the day, then putting him to bed at 9:00 pm will be useless.
