The same applies to motor neurons, whose work slows down with age, so the warm-up should be more thorough and prolonged.

Weight

It is important to monitor your weight: reduce the number of calories during meals or increase physical activity.

Experts point out that with age, a person loses about 1% of muscle mass per year.

This leads to a decrease in metabolism – also by one percent.

In this regard, advice is given to carry out more intense physical activity in order to maintain energy balance.
