If quality green tea turns out bitter, you may not be brewing it correctly.
We'll tell you how to brew green tea so that it doesn't taste bitter.
How to brew green tea correctly
Firstly, it is advisable to brew green tea in a porcelain gaiwan.

If you don't have one, use a porcelain teapot or glass cup.
First, a certain amount of tea leaves is required.
When brewing in a 100 milliliter gaiwan, you need 3-5 grams of tea (if you brew in infusions, you will get 3-5 full-fledged ones).
When brewing in a glass with a volume of 200-250 milliliters, you should take two to three grams of tea (two steeps).
Secondly, the quality of water plays a role. The best option is filtered spring water.
Thirdly, green tea should not be poured with boiling water. The optimal water temperature is 75-85 degrees.
Fourthly, the first flush should be short.
Later, the time can be increased, but during the first infusions it is better to under-brew than to over-brew.
