Many people are convinced that re-boiling worsens the quality of water.
However, experts have a different opinion on this matter.
We explain why there is no reason to be afraid of boiling water again.

Is it possible to boil water several times?
Experts say yes. Repeated boiling does not make water toxic.
The myth about the harm of re-boiling originates from the following misconceptions.
First, "heavy water." Reboiling is thought to increase the concentration of deuterium (heavy hydrogen).
But in reality, its content in ordinary water is so small that it has no effect on health.
Secondly, the formation of toxins. There is an opinion that carcinogenic compounds are formed in chlorinated water when re-boiled.
However, this is only possible at very high concentrations of chlorine, which are not found in ordinary water.
It is really worth avoiding re-boiling if you are using poor quality water or an old kettle.
Also, you should not re-boil water that has been in the kettle for several days.
