Unfortunately, a considerable number of people are forced to struggle with the problem of dry skin on their heels.
The following methods of resisting the problem, as experienced citizens claim, will turn your skin into real velvet.
In other words, it will make your heels soft and moisturized.

Removal and peeling
By removing dead skin on a regular basis, you can significantly improve the absorption of moisturizers.
Pumice stone (after taking a shower) is also suitable for solving the problem, provided that the heels are treated carefully.
You can use foot scrubs with natural abrasive particles (sugar or salt, for example).
Acid peels – products with AHA acids, such as glycolic acid – will help gently remove the top layer of dead cells.
Moisturizing cream
After exfoliation, apply an intensive moisturizing cream or ointment.
It is recommended to carry out the procedure immediately after a shower, while still damp.
This way you can retain the necessary moisture.
Vaseline/paraffin
Vaseline creates a kind of barrier that retains moisture in the skin.
Best used before bed - apply a thick layer to your heels and put on cotton socks.
Wake up in the morning and notice that your skin has become softer.
Foot masks
They will help moisturize the skin of your heels well. You can do it yourself.
There is one option: mix honey, olive oil and a little lemon juice.
Apply this mixture to your heels and leave for 15-20 minutes, then rinse with warm water.
Option two: prepare a mask of honey and banana puree. Apply to heels for about half an hour, then wash off.
