It is not recommended, the expert continued, to apply moisturizing gels and serums before going outside.
They freeze quickly, which leads to rupture of capillaries and is fraught with rosacea.
Moisturizing products must be covered with a thick nourishing cream on top, the cosmetologist emphasized.
