Many people wash down baked goods with tea or coffee and don’t even suspect that it’s harmful.
We'll tell you why and what other products are strictly forbidden to drink with tea and coffee.
What you shouldn't drink with tea and coffee
As already mentioned, you should not drink tea or coffee with baked goods and, in general, any products made from white flour.
The tannins contained in tea and coffee do not combine well with it, and digestive problems are guaranteed.
It is also not recommended to drink tea and coffee with products containing iron, calcium and vitamin D. Tea and coffee interfere with their absorption.
For example, you shouldn’t drink tea or coffee with a sandwich with butter and caviar, a sandwich with beef, cheesecakes, or a casserole.
