Why do they add millet to tea?
The benefits of millet tea are hard to overestimate. It has anti-inflammatory and diuretic effects, removes toxins from the body, strengthens the immune system, improves metabolism, skin, nails and hair.
This drink also normalizes the functioning of the gastrointestinal tract, reduces blood sugar levels and blood pressure, and strengthens bones.
Before adding to tea, millet must be roasted. Then mix the millet with granulated tea and pour boiling water over one spoon of the mixture.
