What fine can you get for driving on a SPM on the road
As the capital's traffic police explained, in accordance with the Traffic Regulations, a person moving on a SPM is a pedestrian.
Therefore, this person, like a pedestrian, is obliged to move along a pedestrian/bicycle path, sidewalk or shoulder.
Pedestrians, regardless of whether they are moving on a SPM or not, are prohibited from entering/leaving the roadway and moving along it.
Violation of this requirement entails administrative liability in the form of a fine in the amount of 1 to 3 base units.
