The head of the Department of Automobile and Urban Passenger Transport of the Ministry of Transport, Andrey Gladkiy, answered this question at a press conference on the occasion of the Day of the Motorist and Road Builder.

In Belarus, a register of passenger transportation by road in irregular service is currently being created.
From November 1, transport activities and activities of drivers without inclusion in this register will be illegal.
A representative of the Ministry of Transport warned that the sanctions are serious and that the vehicle may be confiscated.
When asked whether it was possible to use a taxi for personal purposes, Gladkiy answered in the affirmative.
The car can be used for personal purposes if the design elements are removed, the agency representative said.
