Choose seedless ones
The clementine is seedless. It has a flattened shape and is considered a hybrid of a mandarin and an orange.

The same feature distinguishes the Unshiu variety from sunny Abkhazia. Large, the skin is porous, but the taste is sour.

2. Ripe fruits should have a distinct citrus aroma.
3. The heavier the tangerines, the juicier they are.
4. Sweet tangerines are usually medium in size, rich in color and heavy.
5. If the skin does not adhere tightly to the pulp, then the fruit is overripe and will not keep for long.
