Is it possible to wash ketchup off clothes: not all housewives succeed

Ketchup is made from ripe tomatoes, spices, vinegar, and sometimes water and vegetable oil.
Natural pigments in tomatoes dissolve in fat, turning into real paint.
The artificial dyes that are included in some sauces add to the difficulty – they are even more aggressive and almost permanently eat into the fabric fibers.
Therefore, it is very difficult to wash away stains of this kind, but it is still possible if you know about a folk remedy that copes with ketchup stains with a bang.
Hydrogen peroxide
This option is suitable for white items. The remaining sauce should be removed from the clothes, and then the stained area should be rinsed in cold water.
Soak the garment in any detergent, preferably one with a bleaching effect, for an hour.
All that's left is to pour peroxide over the stain for half an hour, then rinse and wash the clothes in a manner suitable for them.
Alcohol and lemon juice
Unlike the first method, this method can be called universal, since it works equally well on both white and colored fabrics.
Add a teaspoon of lemon juice and 5 tablespoons of alcohol to 200 ml of water.
Place the item in a basin or other suitable container and apply the resulting solution to the stain.
After 15-20 minutes, rinse the material in cold water and wash the item.
