Pillows should be cleaned at least twice a year to remove germs that can build up in the material over time.
At the same time, you can refresh things, remove minor stains and disinfect them using two products that any responsible housewife usually always has in stock.
We are talking about baking soda and table vinegar.
First, you should remove the pillowcases and throw them in the wash.
The pillows should be generously sprinkled with soda so that the loose component completely covers the surface.
After this, white vinegar must be mixed with water in equal parts and then sprayed onto the pillows.
After half an hour, you need to remove the soda. This can be done using a brush or a vacuum cleaner with an upholstery attachment.
After this procedure, it is advisable to leave the pillows in the fresh air until the vinegar smell has completely disappeared.
