Milk is an important drink that often comes in handy when you want to make a delicious omelet, thin pancakes, or do some aromatic homemade baking.

That's why many people prefer to leave the can in the refrigerator door to get the drink as quickly as possible.

But experts note that you shouldn't leave milk in the doors.

It should be taken into account that it is better to store any dairy products at a temperature of 4 to 5 degrees.

This temperature is usually found on the middle shelves of the refrigerator.

The temperature in the doors is usually much higher. As a result, the shelf life of the product is reduced.

Naturally, there are exceptions to this rule.

You can put a bottle of milk in the refrigerator door if the drink will be consumed in a short period of time, and will not have to “wait” for several days.

It is worth adding that fresh milk, which is stored at a temperature below 8 degrees, can remain useful for about 10 days, but an opened package must be used within 5 days.

Previously, we talked about how to properly store food in the refrigerator so that it doesn’t spoil.
