If you want to restore the whiteness of the fabric, to refresh it, then you should first do some manipulations.
Experienced housewives note that it is enough to remove and shake the tulle to remove dust that could have been absorbed and give a gray tint.
In addition, it is advisable to leave the item in a cold soapy solution for an hour.
If this does not help, then you need to pay attention to three folk methods that will help whiten tulle.
For example, you can use soda or citric acid.
To do this, you need to dissolve a few spoons of soda and a little washing powder in warm water (no more than 40 degrees).
The tulle should be left in this solution until the water has completely cooled. Then all that remains is to rinse the item and wash it in the usual way.
Citric acid should be used according to the same principle.
There is another cheap and effective remedy that helps to whiten tulle without any problems.
We are talking about potato starch.
For 5 liters of water, it is enough to take just one glass of this product.
The starch should be dissolved in warm water, and then the organza, veil and nylon tulle should be placed in the solution for 3 hours. At the end, all that remains is to rinse the fabric in clean water.
