Few people could imagine that a person’s well-being also depends on the floor on which he lives.

The fact is that such a choice affects the mental and somatic state.

For example, if a person lives on the first floor, he is more susceptible to diseases of the pulmonary system and decreased immunity.

Therapist Yulia Kovalenko spoke about this in more detail during a conversation with representatives of the publication Gazeta.Ru .

There is also another problem on the first and second floors. It's all about the basements, which promote the spread of fungus and mold. Exhaust gases and fumes from asphalt can also cause damage if the house is near a road.

The danger on the upper floors (from the seventh) may be from industrial smog – exhaust fumes from factories and electromagnetic radiation.

Extremely high floors (twenty-fifth and above) can also cause harm, for example, due to the specifics of the air conditioning system and so on.

If we are talking about the top floors, then we can also talk about anxiety disorders, headaches, and problems with blood pressure and heart rhythm are also possible.

Kovalenko noted that it is safest to choose an apartment from the 3rd to the 7th floor.
