It is difficult to choose a good and inexpensive frying pan, to the surface of which nothing would stick during frying or heating food.
There are several tricks that allow you to postpone the purchase of new utensils. The problem is solved with improvised means right in the kitchen.
If it's a non-stick frying pan, then it's possible that there's no other choice but to throw it away. Perhaps the poor-quality coating has served its time, or maybe improper care has done its job.
But pans without a coating can still be revived.
You need to heat up a clean dry frying pan, add 3-4 tablespoons and heat it until the salt darkens (turns yellow). After that, you will have to throw the salt away. Add a little vegetable oil, spread it over the entire surface, heat until a light smoke appears, turn off the heat and let the frying pan cool.
Pour some vinegar into the pan, distribute, heat until the liquid evaporates. Then pour in the oil, and you can cook.
If these methods do not help, you can continue cooking using parchment in the pan. Usually, a sheet of suitable diameter is cut out and placed on the bottom, and then the food is cooked.
