The problem of jeans stretching too much during wear is familiar to many people.
Luckily, the solution is quite simple – you just need to wash your denim pants so that they shrink.
A procedure such as boiling will help solve this problem.
To do this, pour water into a metal bucket or saucepan with a capacity of at least 10 liters and add a tablespoon of powder intended for hand washing.
Carefully lower the jeans into the water and place the container with the clothes on the stove.
Turn on the heat to medium and wait until the liquid boils, then reduce the heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
All that remains is to remove the jeans from the boiling water (be careful not to burn yourself) and place them in a basin filled with cold water.
Finally, let's mention the disadvantages that, unfortunately, are inherent in this method. Firstly, it is not possible to "shrink" jeans by just 1 size - they can shrink more. And secondly, a change in the color of the fabric is possible - there is a risk that the shade will become uneven or even spotty.
