A down jacket is a practical garment that appeals to both fashionistas and housewives.
However, such clothing, like any other, is not immune to dirt, stains and streaks that appear on the fabric during wear.
It is recommended to wash down jackets in automatic machines. In this case, whether to wring out the product or not is a big question. There is a chance that the jacket will lose its shape or tear.
For standard machine washing of a down jacket, choose two modes: “delicate” or “for synthetic fabrics” at a water temperature no higher than 30 degrees.
It is advisable to use the "Extra Rinse" function to get rid of any detergent particles that may accumulate in the fluff.
Immediately before washing, turn the product inside out to preserve the fittings and not damage the fabric.
After washing, it is better to wring out the down jacket, otherwise the product is difficult to dry and lumps may appear when the water drains. Wring out the jacket at 400-600 rpm maximum.
