Another disadvantage of the industrial product is that if you buy stale boiled condensed milk, the contents may turn out to be candied. And this is not the same taste at all.
Homemade does not have such disadvantages. There are only two: condensed milk is boiled for 2 hours, and if you overcook it, the can will explode. And then you will have to do completely different things in the kitchen.
Take a can of condensed milk, pour the contents into a glass container and place it in the microwave.
If the device operates at 600 W, it will be ready in about 10 minutes.
The timer should be turned on for 2 minutes, after which the condensed milk should be stirred and put back into the microwave. Just 3-4 such procedures - and the boiled condensed milk is ready!
