We offer methods that are quite effective and will not damage the pot or your hands, without using household chemicals, tricky "secrets", without intensive friction and long "boiling" of the damaged pot.
Enameled and stainless steel pots are suitable for this method.
Sprinkle the black bottom of the pan generously with soda, rub, pour in a small amount of water to just cover the layer, and leave for 10-15 minutes. The alkali works well and "breaks down" the combustion products.
Rub it again much harder and rinse with clean water, the pan will be like new. Spread a pinch of soda on the bottom of the pan a second time, rub - and it will return to its original whiteness.
An improved method for more stubborn stains.
If the bottom is badly burnt or just black, you can’t rub it, but boil it with soda.
Pour 1 teaspoon of baking soda into the bottom of the container and rub it in. Then pour in water and boil for 2-4 minutes. You can add a little more soda and, if you are not in a hurry, let it sit for a while.
Coarse rock salt works just like soda, but not iodized. Pour in, rub in, and wait.
Heavy dirt can be boiled in a salt solution. This method does not work for heavily soiled kitchenware because it can scratch the walls. Therefore, soda is the best remedy.
