The Ministry of Housing and Communal Services of Belarus commented on the increase in the number of requests at the beginning of the heating season.
Deputy Head of the Department of Public Utilities and Energy of the Housing and Public Utilities Sector Alexey Filanovich spoke on this topic on the sidelines of the II International Specialized Exhibition of Housing and Public Utilities “Our Home”.

How the Ministry of Housing and Utilities commented on the increase in the number of requests
As Filanovich explained, the number of requests most often increases at the start of the heating season, when the launch takes place.
It is impossible to connect all houses at the same time, since this would create a very strong load on the system.
Therefore, schedules are made for 3-4 days for the planned connection of all houses. Sometimes this causes discontent among residents.
Like, why did they already connect it in the neighboring house, but they are only connecting mine on the last day, the deputy head of the department explained, noting that the rest of the time the number of calls is at the usual level.
The representative of the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities added that emergency response teams have been formed and are ready to respond promptly to unforeseen situations.
