The Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation of Belarus has determined a list of goods that are essential for the domestic market.
The register was approved by the agency’s resolution No. 43 “On the list of goods (groups of goods)”.
The document was officially published on the republic’s legal internet portal.
The above list includes undenatured ethyl alcohol with an alcohol concentration of less than 80 vol.%.
Alcoholic tinctures, liqueurs, and other alcoholic beverages are also mentioned there.
MART also classifies oil and petroleum products obtained from bituminous rocks (with the exception of crude) as essential goods.
This also includes products containing 70% or more by weight of oil or petroleum products obtained from bituminous rocks, where these petroleum products are the main components of the products; waste petroleum products.
In addition, the list includes printing paint, ink or ink for writing or drawing, other inks (concentrated or not concentrated, solid or non-solid).
Also included among the essential are ready-made binders for the production of casting molds or casting cores.
The list includes chemical products and preparations, and some other goods.
