“I didn’t eat ‘for two,’ as is commonly believed,” Pogrebnyak admitted, adding that she gave up sweets and tried to ensure that every meal included proteins, healthy fats, fruits and vegetables.
Maria also noted that exercise plays a major role in the process of losing weight.
While still pregnant, the woman played sports, went swimming, regularly visited the gym and practiced yoga.
Pogrebnyak also did not hide how she protected her body from stretch marks - bandages, special underwear and cosmetics helped her with this.
