In second place, with a small (relative) gap, is the Bible, with 2.5 billion copies in circulation.
The third most popular book was "Quotes from Chairman Mao Zedong", which the average reader would hardly guess. In this case, the number of copies is 800 million.
The top three is followed by Miguel de Cervantes's Don Quixote, with 500 million.
Well, as you already know, the top 5 is rounded out by the brainchild of J.K. Rowling – the Harry Potter series.
