For example, just one cup of raspberries or blackberries contains 8 grams of dietary fiber - this amount covers 32% of the daily requirement for a person.

But the most useful, according to Hudson, is blueberry, since it has more beneficial properties and antioxidants, as well as polyphenols - they slow down the aging of cells.

Besides everything else, blueberries can be called a universal berry, because it is very easy to include them in your diet, for example, by mixing them with yogurt, porridge or cereal, making juice or smoothie, or simply eating them fresh.

Blueberries are good for the cardiovascular system, brain function, vision, intestines, and genitourinary system.

Pregnant women should eat it because blueberries contain potassium and folic acid.

These berries also prevent aging and improve the appearance of the skin, help with diarrhea and bloating, effectively promote weight loss and reduce the risk of cancer.
