Mongolian Acrobat Does 28 Push-Ups and Sets Guinness Record – How She Did It

A Mongolian circus performer has set a new world record, which was recorded in the Guinness Book of Records.

The achievement of Senge Oyun-Erdene - that's the name of the acrobat girl - is to perform a difficult trick. By all criteria, her abilities were recognized as a record.

An acrobat of the world-famous Cirque Du Soleil, Mongolian artist Senge Oyun-Erdene was able to do the maximum number of push-ups in a triple gymnastic bend.

But the achievements are not only in the girl’s plasticity.

Standing in this intricate hand position, she had to do more push-ups than anyone before her had been able to do.

In 30 seconds, she did 28 push-ups, while the record required 24.

The previous record was 21 acro push-ups.

Representatives of the Guinness Book of Records were amazed by Oyun-Erdene’s flexibility, as well as by her performance of such physically demanding exercises.

The artist herself has been involved in acrobatics since she was six years old. She has been working in the world-famous Cirque Du Soleil for over 20 years.
