It turns out that you can get into the Guinness Book of Records without doing almost anything.

A similar story happened to American Allan Ganz. He managed to work as an ice cream seller for 67 years.

It is worth noting that after the record was officially recognized, which happened in May 2014, Allan worked for another 4 years.

As the record holder himself later recalled, he got into this business when he was still a 10-year-old child.

This is all because his father was an ice cream seller who drove a truck.

After Allan got his driver's license, shortly after turning 16, he also got behind the wheel and occasionally took over for his father.

In fact, he has been in this business since 1947.

They say that he met his wife through selling ice cream.

But there is one more circumstance that cannot fail to arouse admiration or go unnoticed.

The fact is that Ganz can be called a record holder for the fact that, starting in 1977, he listened to the same melody coming from his truck almost every day – Yankee Doodle.
