On Friday, November 1, a tragedy occurred at the railway station in Novi Sad (the second most populous city in Serbia).
According to online sources, a concrete structure collapsed, resulting in the deaths of people.
In connection with the incident, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko addressed his Serbian counterpart Aleksandar Vucic.
Belarusian leader expresses condolences to southeastern European country's leader

Lukashenko emphasized that Belarusians received the news of the tragedy in the city of Novi Sad and the large number of victims with great pain.
On behalf of the people of Belarus and on his own behalf, the President expressed condolences to Vucic, as well as to the families and friends of the victims of yesterday's tragedy.
In addition, Lukashenko wished for the speedy recovery of those who suffered as a result of the incident at the train station in Novi Sad.
