It probably wouldn't be a bad idea to remind cat owners that their pets need to have their claws trimmed regularly.
If you don’t want your pet to damage furniture or wallpaper, equip a special place for these purposes.
Perhaps the most convenient and at the same time compact option is wall-mounted scratching posts. You can be sure that you can make one yourself.
For this option, you will need a piece of carpet, which should be glued to a board, and that, in turn, should be attached to the wall using glue, tape (very strong) or screws.
If you want the “accessory” to be stylish, on top of everything else, match the colors of the base and carpet to the color scheme of the rest of the room.
If you don't have carpet but you do have jute rope, secure it in tight rows to the same board or piece of plywood. You'll need glue and small screws for this.
This way you can create both a flat and an angular design.
Earlier we talked about how to make sure your cat isn’t afraid of the vacuum cleaner.
