Got a puppy in the house? Hurry up and put these things away
If you decide to get a puppy, remember: you need to look after it just like you would a restless toddler.
Even adult dogs can sometimes try to bite something that is not at all suitable for dinner, let alone small, ignorant creatures.
First of all, remove all household chemicals and medications from the access area.
The same should be done with indoor plants - some of them are poisonous to animals.
Even if the flower is completely harmless, the puppy may decide that the potty is the perfect urinal.
Remember: the time is just around the corner when your pet will start teething. This means that shoes should still be left in closed cabinets - if they are dear to you, of course.
And you never know what kind of infection might have latched onto your sole on the street, so why take the risk!
Finally, try to get rid of the habit of throwing sausage wrappers and candy wrappers into the trash can - because of their delicious smell, the puppy may mistake them for a treat, and health problems will be guaranteed.
