Where do ticks hide?
Experts note that ticks most often hide in those parts of the body that pets cannot reach. These are the armpits, then the neck and withers.

How long before the bite
Much in this regard depends on how thick and long the dog's fur is. The longer and thicker it is, the longer it will take the tick to get to the exposed area of skin.
On average, this takes from 3 hours to 2 days, but it is almost impossible to determine the exact time the tick stays on the pet.
It is much more important to determine the number of ticks that have bitten your pet.
However, it also happens that ticks crawl away empty-handed, without even biting the animal. This can happen during an examination after a walk or combing, or the animal will do it.
