However, reviews of such devices are quite contradictory, and here's why.
For example, many dog owners believe that glowing collars can affect the clarity of vision, and it is difficult to argue with this - they are close to the eyes and emit a fairly bright light.
The problem is only exacerbated if the flashing mode is used.
Finally, another “con” factor is the impossibility of predicting the reaction of oncoming dogs, which may be frightened by the neon glow or, conversely, cause inappropriate interest.
However, other dog owners are confident that the advantages of such an invention outweigh its disadvantages.
And in order not to harm the dog, it is enough to choose the right "accessory". The gadget should have a small brightness. An accessory with a point light, for example, a flashlight, which is attached to the back of the harness, will replace the collar that glows around the perimeter.
