If you decide to try to accustom your pet to the “white friend”, you need to act as follows.
You will need a special toilet training system, which can be purchased on any marketplace.
To begin with, it is worth filling this system with filler, while putting some used filler here too - this way the animal will understand what the new acquisition can be used for.
Place the device next to the tray for a couple of days, and then replace the tray with the system.
A reward system, such as treats, will help reinforce a new habit.
Gradually move the installation closer to the toilet - every day by 10-15 cm. After it is in close proximity to the "white throne" and stands here for several days, move it to a closed box - this way the pet will have to jump up on the elevation to go to the toilet.
This stage lasts on average 3 days, after which the system is allowed to be installed on the toilet.
The only thing left to do is to gradually cut out circles so that the hole becomes larger and larger. Allow 2-3 days to get used to each section until the circumference of the system is equal to the diameter of the toilet.
