Interviews are a thing. Sometimes job candidates have no idea what the organization they are going to spend some time doing does.
But that's not the worst answer.
According to Woof CEO Daniel Haarburger, the worst interview answer he ever received was when he asked a question about a candidate's daily life.
After hearing this, it immediately became clear how the conversation would end.
The answer may have been sincere, but the man had gone overboard in stating that his life was a mess and he had no idea what he was doing.
At the same time, Haarburger emphasizes that honesty is paramount in such situations, and employers deliberately try to find out the applicant’s weaknesses.
But in this particular case, it would be necessary to figure out the reason for the chaos that has reigned, and then think about work.
For reference
An interview is a meeting with a potential employer or his representative when applying for a job with the purpose of getting to know each other and understanding how well the employer and applicant are suited to each other.
