Emotionally immature people make bad friends, not very good employees, and not very good partners.
However, first and foremost, they make life difficult for themselves.
There is not a single person who has not made at least one mistake in life. But an emotionally immature person will never admit it.

Often an immature person needs attention and approval from society, so they will do everything to get it. Emotionally immature people look and act defiantly because they are trying to attract attention.
Experts note that in some cases, such behavior can become fertile ground for narcissism.
Emotionally immature people are often the first to "break" in stressful situations because they cannot adapt to them.
This is far from the most worthy quality.
