Not all people use eco-friendly methods to achieve success. Some of them use unethical methods to implement their plans.

Perhaps manipulation is at the top of the list of such techniques.

Manipulation is nothing more than a way to influence another person. You can give examples from your own life, because each of us has encountered manipulators.

For example, a child cries to get a toy, a colleague tirelessly praises your skills because he wants to shift some of his work onto you, a spouse compares you with a neighbor, reproaching you for the mess at home and uncooked dinner in order to make you feel guilty and force you to take on all the housework, and so on.

When manipulating, interlocutors often use our weaknesses or words that can hurt, offend or sting us.

Fortunately, there are many effective techniques that can help you resist manipulators.

One of them is known as "Disneyland" and consists of perceiving your offender or the whole group as small children. The so-called "trick" of this technique is that children are not offended, and therefore the behavior and words addressed to you by the manipulator will not hurt you.

This technique will allow you to remain unperturbed until the moment when the manipulator's powers are exhausted.

Remember: don't take everything your interlocutor says personally - just watch Disneyland and enjoy it.
