On New Year's Eve, residents and guests of Minsk will be able to celebrate the holiday at 20 open areas located in all areas of the city.
Concerts with the participation of Belarusian artists and creative groups are planned. The festive events will last until 3-4 o'clock in the morning.

In the Central District, the New Year's program will take place at the site near the Minsk State Palace of Children and Youth, and in Sovetsky - at the Komarovsky Market.
Zavodskoy District invites you to celebrate the New Year at the sites near the Zolak Children and Youth Palace, Chizhovka Arena and the Volat swimming pool.
In the Leninsky district, the festivities will take place near the Salut cinema and the Minsk City Palace of Culture.
Residents of the Moskovsky District are welcome in Pavlov Park, Polyanka Square on Libknekhta Street and the Brilevichi microdistrict.
In Oktyabrsky district, a festive atmosphere will reign near the Euroopt store on Asanalieva Street, on the square of the cultural and sports center of the Belarusian Railways and in the Sokol microdistrict.
In Partizansky District, the center of the celebrations will be the site in the extreme sports park.
Residents of Pervomaysky District will be able to celebrate the New Year in four places at once: at the National Library, the garrison cultural center, the Palmira store, and the Raketchik club.
In the Frunzensky district, the festivities will take place in the Hugo Chavez Park and at the Minsk Ice Sports Palace.
