A student from one of the capital's higher education institutions went on a rampage in Minsk.
A young man threw a beer bottle at a trolleybus. It hit the target. The result was a broken window in the vehicle.
The Minsk police press service reported the incident on its official Telegram channel.
The department reports that trolleybus depot employees contacted line 102.
They stated that before the transport was sent, they discovered a broken window in one of the trolleybuses.
Soon, the Partizansky District Department of Internal Affairs officers established the identity of the person involved in the incident and detained him.
It turned out that the hooligan was a 17-year-old student from the capital's university.
The guy confessed to the crime, saying that he had been drinking alcohol with friends that evening.
At some point I decided to throw a beer bottle as far as possible, using the fence as a guide.
But he was not convinced that the throw he was making did not pose a threat to the safety of those around him.
He threw it so hard that the bottle flew over the barrier and landed on a trolleybus.
The impact broke the glass in the vehicle window. The student chose to leave the scene of the incident.
A criminal case has been opened against the guy for hooliganism, the police noted.
