According to her, a breakup or divorce can be experienced in a beneficial way.
The expert advises to go to a psychologist after a not very pleasant episode in your personal life.
The reason is that after a serious shock, qualified assistance is required.
The specialist gave some advice to anyone who relies on their own strength in such a situation.
1. Don’t forbid yourself to experience overwhelming emotions, even if it’s sadness, anger or fear.
2. Be sure to pay attention to your physical and mental health, exercise, and follow a diet and daily routine.
3. Next, you need to acquire new habits and hobbies, but at the same time, do not rush to make abrupt and ill-considered decisions.
4. Analyze your experiences and keep a diary to help you cope with your emotions.
5. Continue to communicate with friends, acquaintances and relatives who can support you and help you find the strength to recover.
The main thing to remember is that it will take time to recover from a divorce, so you need to be patient.
