According to the expert of the online publication BelNovosti, scientist-agronomist, landscape designer Anastasia Kovrizhnykh, a lot of useful devices can be made from this item.
Container for humus
The bathtub can be used in exactly the same way as a compost bin.
To do this, bury the tub at ground level and fill it with plant remains. Tamp the contents tightly so that the organic layer rises above the sides of the tub by about half a meter.
In the spring, when the remains begin to rot, add earthworms to the bath - by autumn the container will contain high-quality natural fertilizer.
Flower garden
Want to create a spectacular and original flowerbed? A bathtub would be perfect for this role, especially since it already has a drain hole in the bottom.
On the outside, paint the bathtub with bright paint or decorate it in another way - for example, with a mosaic of glass fragments or tiles.
