Once the strawberries are fully harvested, don't forget to feed the plants afterwards.
This is necessary so that they form high-quality flower stalks and produce a good harvest next year.
Pre-water the strawberry bushes and fertilize them. Or do this immediately after heavy rain.
If the weather is hot, water the strawberries immediately after fertilizing.
During this period, you cannot feed the plant with nitrogen-based fertilizer, so as not to reduce its winter hardiness, otherwise it will freeze.
Use phosphorus-potassium fertilizer.
To do this, dissolve 15 grams of potassium sulfate and 20 grams of superphosphate in a bucket of water, but first pour the superphosphate into warm water and leave for 10-12 hours so that the fertilizer dissolves completely.
Water the strawberries with this solution in the morning between the rows. This solution should be enough for an area of 1 m2 of the bed area.
You can also sprinkle a mixture of these fertilizers mixed with soil between the rows and then water generously.
Water the seedlings with organic fertilizer.
To do this, place animal humus in 10 liters of water in a ratio of 1 to 10 and add 100 grams of sifted wood ash.
Mix everything well and let it sit for a certain amount of time.
Add 30 g of superphosphate to this infusion if desired. Water the strawberry bushes at the root with the resulting infusion. This infusion should be enough for 1 sq. m of area.
