Firstly, it is necessary to adhere to the work regime, take breaks of 15-20 minutes after 30-40 minutes of work.
You cannot weed while bending over and with your head down. If you experience irregular heartbeats, chest pain, weakness, or shortness of breath, you must immediately stop physical activity.
It is best to work in the beds before 10-11 am and after 5 pm. If you have heart problems, your first aid kit should always contain heart medications and blood pressure lowering drugs.
You can stay in the sun for no more than 15-20 minutes. In case of shortness of breath and tachycardia, you should immediately go into a cool room or take cover in the shade.
It is recommended to maintain a cool temperature in the house: close windows and curtains during the day, ventilate in the evening, use fans and air conditioners.
