Midsummer is approaching. There is still a lot of time left before the carrot harvest begins.

However, the summer resident should already think about the quality of the formed root crops.

It is in July that the owner of a country plot can make, perhaps, the greatest contribution to the future harvest of a popular garden crop.

This month, the carrot beds need to be watered with something - and then the root vegetables will be as large as possible.

An expert of the online publication "BelNovosti", agronomist and landscape designer Anastasia Kovrizhnykh told about a real super-remedy.

How to feed carrots in July

In the middle of summer, a complex fertilizer such as nitroammophoska will come to the aid of the summer resident.

Based on this particular agent, which contains nitrogen, potassium, and phosphorus, the gardener should prepare a solution.

There should be 40 grams of the above-mentioned fertilizer per bucket of water.

The result will be a liquid that simply needs to be poured onto the beds where the carrots grow.

For every linear liter there should be 2-3 liters of the product.

After completing the procedure, it is worth watering the plant with plain water.

The best "neighbors" for strawberries were listed earlier.
