A tree stump is a matter that can become a headache for a summer resident, gardener and horticulturist.
But Tsiolkovsky’s method, if applied correctly, will eliminate this problem.
But let's say right away: you should be very careful, because you will have to deal with chemicals that will help decompose the wood of the stump on the site.
First of all, carefully study the instructions for the chosen chemical, taking into account its potential health hazards.
Follow the manufacturer's recommendations and use protective equipment such as gloves and a mask when performing the process.
Ready? Then we start preparing the stump: we clear it of soil, sawdust, etc.
Next, using a drill and a drill bit, we will drill holes in the stump - their depth and distance between them depend on the size of the stump and the type of chemical used.
We pour the latter into the “holes” and leave it for several days or weeks (as indicated in the instructions).
Then we simply observe the decomposition process. Once the wood has decomposed, you can easily remove the remains of the stump even with a regular shovel.
Earlier we talked about how to protect plantings from wireworms.
