Hops common
Common hops (different from Japanese hops) can boast the ability to grow quickly: in a short period of time, the vine reaches a length of almost 20 meters.
The danger of hops is that their shoots can entwine surrounding plants, suppressing their development. A similar process occurs underground. The powerful and branched root system of hops does not allow neighboring plants to receive adequate nutrition, which leads to their slow growth and development.
Viburnum
If you have been gardening for a long time and have any experience, you know that aphids can cause serious damage to your crops. This pest devours everything in its path.
Viburnum, in turn, is one of the favorite plants for aphids, which feed on its leaves and can even overwinter on this crop, and the offspring it leaves behind moves on to other plants on your summer cottage.
Tarragon
Tarragon, like the previous “heroine” of this article, serves as a habitat for aphids.
Although the plant itself is quite resistant to this problem, countless generations of aphids born on tarragon cause damage to other crops and, accordingly, to the harvest.
