Despite the abundance of proven fertilizers available on the modern market, some plant growers continue to invent new formulations.

An expert of the online publication BelNovosti, agronomist, landscape designer Anastasia Kovrizhnykh shared the recipe for one of them – banana vinegar – and explained why flower growers love it so much.

Thus, according to their belief, such feeding stimulates the growth of flowers, increases their ability to withstand adverse conditions, and also increases the formation of flowers.

To make banana vinegar, you will, logically, need bananas, or rather, not the fruits themselves, but their peels.

There should be enough skins to tightly fill a three-liter jar, after which the container should be filled with water with yeast dissolved in it.

The neck of the jar should be covered with a cloth, after which the container should be taken to a warm place for 1.5-2 weeks.

After the specified time, you will need to add 1 glass of apple cider vinegar and continue to infuse for 3 weeks at room temperature.

This way you will get about a liter of banana vinegar, which should be diluted with water in a ratio of 1 to 10 and used for foliar feeding.
