In what conditions should ash be stored?
It is better to store ash in a dry room - put it in a sealed container, since if moisture gets in, the fertilizer loses its properties.
Some summer residents pour ash into plastic barrels and close them.
Wooden boxes or buckets with lids will also work. In extreme cases, you can take thick plastic bags.
But if you use bags, you need to make sure that condensation does not form inside.
If you use a sealed container, the water will not wash out the salts.
