What to do if aphids are hiding in curled leaves and you can’t reach them with a sprayer: 2 clever methods

You have probably seen curled leaves on currants and other crops, which became like this because of aphids.

In such cases, as experienced summer residents rightly note, no matter how much you run around the bushes with a “spray”, it will do no good.

But you shouldn’t sit back and do nothing – instead of lamenting about dying plants, use clever methods of fighting aphids, which we will tell you about in this article.

1. Tear off the leaves

Perhaps the easiest way to get rid of aphids that have made such a shelter for themselves is to destroy them along with the leaves torn off the plants.

Agree, it is better to sacrifice a few leaves than to lose the entire plant, from which the pest methodically drinks the juices.

2. Using a bottle

If you don't want to "pinch" the bushes, find a large plastic lemonade bottle, cut off the neck and fill it with a solution of "Biotin" (a 3-gram capsule with the preparation is enough). However, you can also use another remedy for aphids.

After this, go check on your plants, dipping the branches into a bottle of chemicals every time you notice curled leaves on them.
